I have a older home with a one car garage build over 2 storage rooms in the basement. Over the years the road salt from winter driving have eaten the garage floor so that melting snow from our car leaked into the storage rooms. Eric poured a 3 inch cap over the entire old garage floor and the end results are a garage floor that looks the best it has in over 30 years. As with the work Eric performed for me on a leaky basement wall last year, the job was done with a high degree of workmanship and a great deal of cleanup. Very professional results with a very fair price. Highly recommend Eric for any type of concrete repair.

Mr. Easterline did an amazing and quick job of repairing and refinishing the outside of my basement. It was badly crumbling and covered with a latex paint that was peeling off when the summer heat hit it. He then left the interior until cold weather that allowed him to finish other pressing outdoor projects. When he returned I hadn't been able to entirely empty the basement for him and his crew. They may short work of the rest of the stuff stored down there and did an amazing job of resurfacing the interior cement walls, also badly crumbling. There was constant dust in the air from the crumbling and the air is much cleaner throughout the house. The basement is presentable and early ready for the next step in upgrading. Many thanks for making a big difference in my property inside and out!! Very reasonable price, too!!

We built our home on the southwest side of Escanaba 44 years ago and were assured by our builder that the water table was so low, we would never have any problem with water in our basement. Two years later, after heavy rain, we had water in our basement! This continued every few years from spring runoffs as well and we tried various methods without success. About 5 years ago, after two days and nights of vacuuming and mopping water, we called Eric Esterline and for the first time, we found someone who really new his business, and we have had a dry basement ever since. Last week we noticed our sump pump was suddenly running steady, so we quickly called Eric. He was here in no time and found that our pump was burned out and installed a new one. He has been back to check on it. We recommend Eric Esterline highly for any kind of water problems and his knowledge and workmanship is tops. He is reasonable and trustworthy and has finally alleviated our basement water problem.

Eric waterproofed and installed pilasters in my south and west foundation walls (driveway is along south side). He also installed a new sump crock and associated laterals in my basement. This involved breaking up areas of the floor, hauling out the concrete and sand, putting in sock tile and gravel, then re-pouring concrete. Eric also put in a section of concrete in my driveway with a unique little drain in the middle that took away standing water in front of my garage. This drain has worked well for many years.
Eric was prompt every day, stuck with the job until done and did not leave a mess when the job was done. His pre-planning, expertise and extensive experience impressed me so much that I have recommended him several times to others. I would have no problem hiring him again.

We had some old basement windows and coal chutes on our church that were no longer functional since a drop ceiling had been installed. The old windows and chutes leaked both cold air and rain water. That caused problems for one of our basement classrooms. Eric looked over the situation and came up with a solution to block up the windows/chutes with concrete block, insulated them and then finished them off with exterior brick that matched what we had. He did a great job and I highly receommend him and his work!
